HR Screening, then hiring manager interview, then prime contractor tech interview. HR screen was easy, hiring manager easy to talk to, prime tech interview not as rigorous an leetcode questions or anything like that.
Tipiche domande da HR su obiettivi aziendali, desideri di crescita, teamwork e comportamento con i colleghi, esperienze pregresse, ecc. Successivamente semplici domande sulla programmazione ed infine (stranamente) offerta diretta estremamente scarsa anche per una figura Junior.

I had a very good interview experience overall. The process was fast, well-organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the interviewer made the atmosphere feel relaxed and comfortable.
The conversation flowed naturally, and I appreciated how chill and professional the discussion was. The interviewer explained things clearly and kept the process straightforward, which made it much less stressful. Overall, it felt like a positive and respectful interaction.
