Firstly a hr interview to discuss experience and salary expectations then followed by a technical interview on SAS base & advanced, SQL queries, job scheduling and lastly client interview on the same topics

One of the worst interview I ever had, I am not criticizing entire Technical panel for this, but my only concern is how can a person who dont have SAS BI experience/exposure can interview on SAS BI requirement. one thing these people have to remember that 'if one person has given a chance to interview or select a person doesn't mean he know every thing and he is superior to other person', They need to check the candidate on the job requirement but not what the person who is doing the interview is comfortable with. My Interview went for more than 45 minutes and i had only one question on SAS BI and regular Base SAS questions.
