Straight forward process. Come into their office meet with the hiring manager and have a one on one conversation. The interviewer didn't even email me to say I didn't get the job after my 2 follow up emails. It says a lot about the hiring manager's professionalism. If I take a day off to meet with you, the least you can do is tell me I didn't get the job. Thank god, I would have hated working for someone like that.

Normal first interview. I couldn't understand why we didn't proceed further. I didn't receive any feedback. The position is open for months now. It is strange if they still couldn't find a suitable candidate for the role.
