Applied online. Got an email for phone interview in two weeks. One phone interview followed by an onsite interview at Santa Clara. Onsite interview had five rounds. People have been very friendly and welcoming. Hiring manager gave his email and was very prompt to answer my emails during their decision making process - which is very unique and of course nice. I interviewed with Google, Nvidia, Yahoo, Twitter, and Bloomberg LP onsite. The best onsite interview experience I had is with nvidia. this is probably due to their culture (not in terms of toughness/easiness of the questions ;) but in terms of the process and the people!).
