Two phone interviews. Don't seem to really care about what you have to say. HR seemed emotionless and boring. I certainly hope the phone interviewers aren't or haven't done any selling!
They have no idea what they are doing. They hire kids with no degrees with very little sales experience yet don't hire a seasoned salesman with consistent quota hitting history. Huge joke. They will suffer in sales.
First there is a Personality test done online. Then an in person panel interview with three individuals primarily asking behavioral questions. Questions surrounded the main aspects of sales life: motivation, leadership, persuasiveness, stress, etc.
Relatively average process. Started with phone interview, then brought in for a couple different interviews. One with sales managers, then one with the president. Took a couple months before offer.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter, who I interviewed over phone with. Then a long online personality survey and was moved on to final interview with management.
Interview process is not unique and actually turned me off the job. I was not offered the job but would not have taken it had I been offered. Too many bad reviews on this position and the antiquated nature of the whole process and company concerned me. If you are going to take an all-commission position, take one that allows you to hunt and set your own quota so to speak. NVR caps commission and adjusts quotas constantly. Not worth the long hours and weekend requirements.
