You have to apply online in the "black hole" and wait for them to call you. You have to get at least an 80% score on two of their online screening tests for them to call you. The basic office test is fairly easy and only 30 minutes, but the MS Office Suite test takes an hour and a half (timed) and it is quite extensive. Make sure that you know the names of all of the function keys.
