I had attended NXP interview today for Software Trainee position. I cleared the first round. For second round they made us to wait for almost 5 hours and then without taking second round interview they sent us back. HR was very rude and she didn't give any justification for rejecting without even taking the second round. My sincere advice is please don't play with fresher's career and also don't waste their valuable time. Please ask HR to be polite in replying to candidates.
