The interview process was very straightforward with a preliminary screening interview with HR who was very nice and asked me about my work experience etc... Made it to the second (via zoom) interview which was with CCO Creative/Marketing — asked me about my previous work experiences and how it related to the job I'm applying for — went well enough that I was asked to come in person where he asked me to do a "design test" which the company paid me for (this was a plus as most places try to get work for free). Came in office again to present my test — he seemed to really like it and said I did a really good job and that he would get back to me next week. He mentioned that usually he would be the last person to interview with before a decision was made but the CEO/owner had recently decided he wanted to be more involved with the hiring process and would probably want to interview me too. Afterwards, I never got any call back, with no explanation or a courtesy email about the position being filled or not.
