I was invited to a job fair and had an interview for the position I was interested in. The interviewer asked me several basic questions that I genuinely enjoyed answering and it took a few minutes. The next day HR called me with an offer!

Conversational interview process. With the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. They didn’t give me the offer there and then but the nonverbal vibes were that I got the job. It took from September when I interviewed to November when I heard back from them with the offer even though I was following up. Orientation started in December.
