1st round interview is in place to explain what it is our company does and if the company would be something a candidate would be interested in.
2nd round interview shows the candidate what entry level looks like in terms of the day-to-day sales. The structure of the Management Training Program is broken down in depth at this point to show the opportunity for growth.
3rd round interview determines if the candidate will be hired.
Both the 2nd and 3rd round interview occur in the same day, but it doesn't last longer than an hour and a half.
