The interview process was a breath of fresh air. I applied on a Tuesday and was contacted by the Recruiter within a few days. The complete interview process from start to soft offer was about 2 weeks.

The recruiter was excellent. Kept me informed throughout the process and a great personality. The interviews really mirrored the same. Everyone was very friendly and really personable. Enjoyed each interview. They don't do a Leetcode approach which was appreciated and instead rely on a mix of technical questions and conversational interview topics. Great talking with the team and one of the more enjoyable interviews I have had in a good while. I ultimately decided to stay in my current role and not change positions, but Nymbus was amazing throughout the whole process.
