Entrevista
1. Applied online and was contacted by HR (via phone) within a couple of weeks.
2. Interviewed with HR (in-person).
3. Interviewed with a team of lead analysts (in-person).
4. Interviewed individually with several different managers (in-person).
5. Interviewed with the team director (in-person).
6. Interviewed with the team senior director (in-person).
7. Received offer within a few days.
The process involved several visits to NYU's sites and in total, I interviewed with approximately 10 people (one panel interview, several one-on-one interviews) before I was contacted with an offer. However, the process moved relatively quickly (around 2 months in total from the date when I applied to the date when I received an offer).

They were very thorough, challenged me a lot, and asked several questions to test my knowledge. I had to defend each of the claims stated in my resume.

Two interviews with a group of people via Zoom. Met with the Director for a second interview. Mostly Behavioral questions. Very nice people that seem to provide a very friendly work environment.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela NYU Langone Health (Bethpage, NY) em ago. de 2023
Entrevista
One interview with the supervisor and his boss. Pretty straightforward process where they asked me about the content on my resume and the extent of my skills on Microsoft Excel, multitasking, and learning new systems.

How good would you say your ability is to multitask.
To begin there is a phone call with a recruiter and if you do well on that you get called in. First round of interviews wasn't bad, your general questions for this type of role. Met with 2-3 people. Then I had a second round, it also went well and it seemed like the hiring manager wanted to offer me. The annoying part is dealing with HR. There is a 100 questions survey that takes about an hour I had to answer about 3 times during the process. After my second interview I was asked to provide 5 references on 24 hours notice. I reached out to my references and got them in but NYU never reached out and never got back to me for months later despite multiple follow up emails. Overall not a great experience.
