I was contacted by HR through e-mail and a in person interview was set up for ~2 weeks later during my last semester of college. I came in for the interview, talked with the PI for a while, got a tour of the lab met potential co-workers and then had a wrap up session with the PI. Heard back within a week.

It was quite unconventional and informal. There was a lot of individual meetings with each member on the team and then an in-person visit to the office. The formal application occurred afterwards. It is a bit confusing but that may be just my unique, personal experience.

Entrevista
It was fairly fast and simple. They email for your availability and proceed to schedule a video call with you and begin with a general overview of the position and mission. It was comfortable and the interviewers were serious, but very kind. Overall, it was not bad.

Entrevista
5 interviews, none technical. Straighforward. I found, surprisingly and unexpectedly, that the people were not as friendly as one would expect from a world class hospital. I had doubts about their company culture and how well they treat their employees.
