I applied on-line and got asked for an interview in a few days. Went in the following week and met with the lab manager and some of the people that worked in the lab, who showed me around. It mostly felt casual, which I liked. After that interview, I was called back for a second interview to speak with the lead researchers in the lab. A week later I was accepted for the position.

Entrevista
I spoke with head of the Lab who would be my direct report. The interview went well, they asked thoughtful questions and answered all my questions. In the end, I decided it was not a good fit because of the pay and because I would need to relocate.

Mostly about past experience, and my resume. We discussed the way the lab works to clarify expectations and see if I was a fit.
I first contacted the HR (recruiter) and set up an interview. The interview was conducted online, and I had an interview with the hiring manager and two other members of the team.
