Entrevista
The interview was fairly casual as I was hired through the pool of recent graduates of the same program I would teach. The required skillset is judged thoroughly, though. Luckily there was a great attitude from the interviewer that allowed me to get the position.

First interview was by phone. It was two rounds. Second interview was in person. Hiring process was smooth, despite being in different states at the time. This was 5 years ago. Overall experience was positive.

I was referred by a current employee. The first step was the submission of my resume to the department head, followed by e-mail exchanges, an in-person interview, and, finally, submission of work samples.
