The interview was a conversation with a supervisor in the program. It lasted around 30-45 minutes, with questions asking me about my relevant work experience and academic background. Prior to this interview, I submitted a resume and cover letter expressing my interest in the program.

The interview proceeded very smoothly from beginning to end. Created a relaxed atmosphere where conversation flowed naturally. Rather than focusing on technical skills or experience, they primarily concentrated on your ability to manage the various responsibilities of the position.

The interview process involved an initial discussion to understand the role of the job and then an additional discussion around availability for the role. This was a straight forward discussion.

The process was very short and easy through the Office of Student Life in Florence. I had an in-person interview after submitting answers to questions on a Google form. The administrators were very nice.
