The process started out well. A few days after I submitted my application, an HR rep called for a phone screening. The phone screening went well. I was told that I would have 2-3 more interviews, each about 45 minutes. They would first start with the hiring manager, and then rest of the team. Instead, I immediately received an interview invite for the next day. This interview was only 20 minutes. I didn't receive any notice of what the next steps would be. I sent a thank you email for their time, and now have been completely ghosted for a month now. It is unkind to start the process so quick with someone, only to provide zero notice after.
