Interview was done by the Owner of the firm himself. He and I chatted for over 90 minutes. He acted enthuastic about hiring me, but when it came to deliver the goods, he failed miserably. He told me to keep in touch with him and stated how he wanted to hire me - and he never responded back when I did email him. He is willing to discard $120 million in savings to his clients. He never even checked any of my excellent references. If this is how he treats potential employees who have California Structural Engineer Licenses, I would hate to see the way he treats his clients. He never even apologized to me personally. I would not want to work for him.
