I was called in for an interview with the surgery department manager. I felt like the interview went well. I was then told that I would have another interview that was a peer interview. I felt like that interview went well also. I was told that a decision would be made the next week. After waiting one whole week, I followed up with the department manager and expressed my interest in the position and was told that there were still more interviews to conduct and she would keep me in mind. I believe I was just blown off because I was told the first time that a decision would be made the next week.
