Entrevista
I went through an initial HR interview, followed by a second interview with the hiring managers, and was then asked to complete a test assignment. Communication during the early stages was polite and professional.
After submitting the task, I was told I would receive a decision by a specific date, but I never heard back. No update or feedback was provided, and I later noticed the job advert was reposted.
I understand that hiring timelines can shift, but clearer communication or a brief update would have been appreciated, especially after the time invested in interviews and a test task.
The role and team seemed interesting, but the lack of closure negatively affected my overall experience.

Entrevista
Two steps interview. A language test and an interview with the HR and the Manager of the team. It was a casual discussion. I liked it. They asked me about the tools that I use and about my Marketing Experience.
