Hiring process is too long. They took 4 rounds the first day of drive after clearing all the rounds they told me there will be one more round and that will be of telephonic. Next day I got the email from the HR regarding my telephonic interview. On the scheduled day I was waiting for the interview call as company bis irresponsible I didn't receive any call.
Then J emailed the HR regarding that, there HR team is worst they never reply, I got the call forthat round after 2 months .... yes after 2 months. Again interviewed telephonically around an hour.
Then I received another mail for one more round which was scheduled on Sunday Morning 8 a.m. IST
I interviewed for that, interview was positive but never heard from their HR, I emailed many times but they do not reply.
This is the worst interview experience I had in my 3 years of professional experience.
Arrogant HR of a pathetic company.
Its been 6 months I interviewed there no response, I am daily receiving email for Jobs via Naukri for this company but I'll never ever join this pathetic company.
Advise to the company : Hire professional HRs.

Basic coding test, followed by online logic and again one technical mcq and then one technical, frankly speaking it was a bad experience, non of them test your expertise, more over the interviewer himself is copying pasting code from Google and asking the output in front of me and don't even have basic knowledge about UI concepts, as if he prepared himself for taking interview, unnecessary keeping you wait for so many useless rounds without any food that too in a location where you don't have any fooding facilities around it, how can anyone concentrate without eating for close to 8 hours, lacks common sense, it seems they came here in Bangalore for fun, being a mid level company without any ethics
