First round was telephonic interview, got rescheduled three times but finally I got call from interviewer. Technical questions were very easy. Followed by scheduled three technical face to face interviews. Quite easy technical questions. No discussion on type of projects you worked on, no technical Troubleshooting skills were analysed. At some instances I found interviewers were also very much confused. Next was HR round, just noted down what's my aspirations and possibilities of joining Nagarro if offer is rolled. Proposed salary breakup came after 15 days and looked like it was not given required considerations while preparing. Lots of mistakes, leaves you with n number of open questions , even calculation mistakes too. lol. When I asked HR, how can such silly errors be there in proposed salary breakup, HR was silent for more than 1 minute. I declined such a full of error salary breakup and possible job opportunity. Feeling safe that I didn't fall in their trap. Also read on few sites that Nagarro deletes negative review comments written about them from Glassdoor hence you can see only positive review comments about them on Glassdoor. Hence it is just trying to trap job aspirants. Use case preparation given to job aspirants is neither assessed nor discussed hence mere waste of your time ⌚

I have had this experience twice. Some incompetent buffoon will be put to interview you. Before that you will have to work on a silly website design problem which nobody will look at or bother about (btw, you need to spend at least an hour on that problem).
