Firstly, he was 15 minutes late without informing me of that, and the interview was not exactly 15 minutes long, Not asking me technical questions this was generic question and he was ask if i know something or no and in case of somethings i know it he doesn't ask indeep of that . meaning that the decision was taken before my interview, which is not Professional .  It would have been better for you to apologize for my interview instead of what you do for a 10-minute interview, and you will refuse the one who does the interview, and for the other, you reject them without skillness reasons ,  and the only reason is that you decided who you will take at all.
