I received an invitation to interview after submitting my application a week prior. I met with two interviewers who introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself. Afterwards, I answered specific questions about my capabilities to create functional documentation and how that would be applied to the project they were working on. I rated the experience negatively because one of the interviewers kept checking her Teams messages or email and at one point fully stopped the interview to respond to the message. I understood at that point that the interviewers had no interest in my candidacy, but I would have appreciated more professionalism from them. Furthermore, I did not hear back from anyone after the interview.

Very easy interview with genuine people. Asked me about my experience and scenario based questions based on the role qualifications. Towards the end it was a nice casual conversation about myself and my interests. Followed by allowing me to ask any questions I had. Overall one of the best interview experiences because I didn’t feel pressured to get every answer right.
