Was told to report to venue but venue seemed poorly organised. Rooms were closed and no one was present until someone had to "pass by" the area to notice candidates coming for interview, then inform the respective people in charge.
Interviewers also had fixed a set character they want to impose on you based on their impression/bias and whatever you mentioned will not change this no matter how much you substantiate or explain. Felt that this was unfair as this programme sought to seek participants from varying backgrounds, but felt discriminated on the basis of mine.
However, interviewers remained professional, though the aforementioned behaviour was not. Questions were the usual ones.

A few stages of selection with a interview being the first, interviewers were friendly and last ~ 30 minutes. Should you pass the interview, you will be going for an assessment and another interview session.

It had a few stages comprising an interview with HR, then a round with the other staff for case presentations and finally a tea session with senior management that is in a group setting.
