Applied via Glassdoor one afternoon and received a telephone call same day asking me if I could attend an interview that day? I couldn’t so went the next morning and this turned out to be by far the strangest interview I’ve ever had. For almost the whole interview the woman interviewing me spent most of the itime talking about herself and how she is involved in every department in the company.

Only asked if I had a licence but didn’t ask if it was clean and when could I start? Didn’t seem interested in my previous experience only seemed interested in telling me about how she heads up all the departments .
If you do go for interview ask about staff turnover. I was told that my first 2 days of employment would be training days and should I leave after those days I would not receive payment, this should have sounded alarm bells. The driver I went out with told me they have difficulty recruiting and retaining staff and after a couple of hours I soon realised why.
