Very unclear interview process. Multiple changes to the role and scope throughout the interview process with an extensive take-home project. Leadership that I spoke to felt incredibly condescending and felt like a toxic work environment.

Entrevista
1 Phone screen, 3 round video interview with engineering, product, and a director.1 feedback call. The scheduling process around the interviews was tricky since the team is very busy, however the recruiter G is stellar, keeps you in the loop, and is very accommodating to schedules. I was blown away by a personal phone call from the recruiter herself giving me feedback on my interview and letting me know I was not selected. Of all of the companies I have interviewed with and applied to, Narrativ was the most forthcoming, direct, and honest about the entire process. The fact they let me know I was not chosen and told me over the phone was mind-blowingly amazing.
This is a company run by Millennials who believe in the statement, "be the change you want to be in the world."
While I was not chosen, this is a company and management team that is going places. I wish them the best of luck.

Ghosted after a very good conversation with the recruiter. Seemed like a great fit with my background and thought there was at least enough there to have an interview with the hiring manager, but apparently that wasn't the case . Advice: at least send respond to follow up emails to let candidates know they're no longer in the running. This at a minimum should be standard for your hiring practices. Candidates take the time to research your company and take valuable time out of their day to interview for these roles. The least you could do is thank them for taking the time to speak with you and that you've decided to move forward with other candidates you feel were a better fit. It's a cultural red flag when multiple reviews show that candidates were ghosted.
