The process with Narwhal was excruciating. After 4 separate interviews, I was made to wait roughly a week with no feedback from anyone at the company. After a week, their update was "we really loved you, but we extended an offer to another candidate". Many companies today want to preach about how unique and special their culture is, but in actuality, they are focused solely on their own benefits. It takes minimal effort to update a candidate and when your communication is horrible - its a pretty good bet the communication once an employee is just as bad.
