I was originally contacted for a phone interview, a week after the phone interview I went into their Chicago office for an in person interview with 2 individuals, and the following week I had another phone interview. After that...I heard nothing. I found it incredibly unprofessional to string me along through 3 separate interviews and not even have the courtesy to email to inform me they were going with another candidate. During one interview, the interviewer kept asking me if I had ever been asked to do something uncomfortable at work. I answered with a time where I was a little out of my element in the task I was asked to do and he kept pushing and pushing for an example of when I was not comfortable with what I was asked to do. The way he was phrasing it was very odd, almost as if I would be expected to participate in shady business practices if I were to take the job.
