HR receives all PAPER applications and resumes (no website for HR), they are passed on to the managers who then decide if they want to call you to interview. Once the manager reviews your application and resume, you are then contacted for an interview. It is usually scheduled fairly quickly. If you are a candidate, they will contact you for a drug screen. A background check is done on all employees.

I was given a tour of each unit that had openings, the manager discussed expectations, staffing and ratios. I was offered the job on the spot. Took about a month for the hiring process.
