Submitted a resume and writing sample. I was called two weeks later to setup an interview. Met with the judge for about 20 minutes. It was just the judge, an attorney and myself. I was asked a few questions about my career plans and law school experience.

Basic 1st round. Referral. Then went to an interview in person which was essentially just asking group preference. Not very difficult at all. Got offer on spot. Reccomend applying but also networking and calling to secure it.
