But after that they are clueless on what they want from the candidate for this position.
I still have interviews scheduled, suddenly cancelled by recruiter without any update or feedback. Blatant waste of time.

Call from recruiter, initial hiring manager interview went well. But after that ghosted and by recruiter and cancelled all my interview slots. No reason provided. They have no clarity on requirement for this role.

5 Tech rounds from the US during late-night hours.
They provide feedback after each round as selected on all rounds but no update post the last round. Took the details and doc for releasing the offer but not update for the past 3 weeks.

Majorly, the questions were around coding part on GoLang, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. After clearing all the rounds successfully, they put the position on hold, still no feedback or update.
As all the 5 rounds were taken from the US during late night wasting the precious time from both sides. I think the panel/management was not sure what they actually wanted from the candidate.
All the panelists showcase that it's kind of a startup and might have to burn the midnight oil.
