Got an online Assesment after few days of application, after succeeding that got a video interview and after succeeding that got a call for face to face interview within 2 days..!!

So there are multiple stages in this interview process but I will be talking about the face to face interview only.
the interview was conducted by the branch manager and another manager was taking notes so 2 people in the room,
they ask 3 categories of questions based on the "our standards" list (focus on customer, diversity, building trust etc) google natwest 'our standards' to find it. The first category is motivational questions, then competency based questions, then role relevant questions then a role play.
motivational- what do you know about the role?
what do you know about Natwest and why should you be chosen for the role?
competency based- tell about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
when have you had to work in a team to resolve a customer issue
when have you given good customer service?
when have you acted with integrity to ensure the values of the company are held but you still delivered the needs of the customer?
tell us what you enjoyed most about your recent job and what you enjoyed least.
tell us about a time you gave good advice to a customer
the role relevant questions were weaved into the competency based ones
reole play- i was given 2 sheets of paper one with some info about natwest and one with a person's bank statement. the scenario was that a person wanted to see me regarding whether they had enough money to make a purchase and if they would be going into overdraft if they made that purchase or not. you have to look at the bank statement carefully and pick out the relevant information
