The first round was an elitmus test of 2.5 hrs comprising of 30 min technical section and 2 hr apti section. 20 people cleared this round out of 100. Next rounds were conducted at rbs office. 1) GD (topic was demonetization) 2) Algorithm/ Coding written test (they usually ask link list and class diagram related question) 3) PI (pi varied from person to person, some were asked technical question, some were asked basic hr questions and there were few situation based questions as well).

RBS came to our campus for hiring interns Test 1 : Litmus Test conducted in college itself. It comprised of apptitude, LR, verbal ability etc. Test 2 : Same day itself 2nd test was conducted consisting of Programming questions MCQ type. Level of these questions were easy. Based on these two tests candidates were shortlisted and called to their gurugram office. Here 3 more rounds mere conducted which were non-eliminative. Round 1: Group Discussion Round 2: Business Situation Presentation Round 3: Writing Algorithm and Interview

An Elitmus test. 2 hours test on Aptitude, logical reasoning, English. English may look difficult consisting of big paragraphs questions, but it is actualy very easy. then a 40 min computer science mcq consisting of 30 questions. after this 16 students were called to the office for further process. It involved a GD round of 4-5 students and 2 scenarios presented. It is important to reach a conclusion in the GD. There was a case presentation round. 20 min written round having two technical questions. Then Interview. Interview was part coding part general.
