The interview process was actually very simple, I applied on the site and received an email inviting me to a Zoom interview. They also provided me with an interview pack which explained some of the things that we would talk about and how to lay out my examples. The interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was unsuccessful and I was provided with feedback. I was unsuccessful as I wasn't able to answer a question about the specific business area (CDD) I would be joining, I was actually completely oblivious that the role was in that area as there was no indication in the job description or application form. They explained in my feedback that I should have asked for further information. If you do go for a role such as this, I would strongly recommend that you ask for additional information, don't just take the job descriptions or application forms on face value.
