Will keep you in a loop and then say "the position has been filled". I would treat it as a backup plan, becuase they have the exact same issue for 3 years now

After submitting my initial application, I received an automated email. This was as expected an invitation to complete a number of online assessments. These were fairly standard. After these I was asked to provide a Cover Letter and answer a number of pre-recorded questions. Finally I was invited to a virtual assessment center. This took about 5 hours and included various problem solving (Maths and Coding), as well as personal skills (Group Work and Skills) interviews. Overall feedback was prompt and clear and the experience very positive.
