The process was straight forward. It had 3 stages, the first one that you just talk to some members of the company and they introduce you to the projects etc. Afterwards they assign you a project and then you have to present that project to the second interview, which is the technical interview. The interview itself was really nice since the people interviewing were really friendly and made you feel comfortable. And lastly is the interview with the hr where they ask you some personal questions and after some days they make you an offer or reject you depending on whether you fit on any team.

Interview Process Duration: 4 Weeks
Steps:
1. HR Interview:
The initial interview was a high-level conversation covering standard questions. It included a review of my CV, discussion of my experience, an overview of the potential role, and a brief introduction to the company culture.
2. Home Assignment (1-week deadline):
I was asked to build a .NET Web API based on detailed specifications. The task was clear and well-structured. Testing and deployment were optional but encouraged.
3. Technical Interview with Team Leads:
This was a strong part of the process. The team leads asked thoughtful questions about the home assignment, proposed optimizations, and engaged in a deeper technical discussion related to the job description. It also provided a great opportunity to get a sense of the team’s capabilities and working style.
Final Decision (1-week wait):
After the technical interview, there was a one-week wait before receiving the final decision.
