Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Natera (San Carlos, CA) em mai. de 2016
Entrevista
Two phone interviews (one general with HR, one technical) followed by a day-long in-person interview. The technical and in-person interviews covered a broad range of technical questions relevant to the job. Follow up from HR was very quick, though the form emails were sometimes confusing (example: after the first phone interview I received an email inviting me to a phone screen without reference to the fact that I had just completed a phone screen and that this one would be a technical interview).

After passing that initial screening with a recruiter, I was informed about their 3-part interview process with the team including a technical screen (math, stats) and then a programing screen. The final round included multiple meetings including a behavioral screen with the hiring manager, then a data analysis screening with a team member, then a genomic technical screen with another team member, and then another math/stats screen with yet another team member.

Entrevista
I applied online on the company website. I got a questionnaire related to the role to fill in and sent them back with answers within a week. I got an interview with the hiring manager and a team member after 2 weeks.
From just a few interviews I could see that the culture here is terrible. The last interview was with a senior data scientist, who mentioned at least 5 times how busy he is and how he doesn't have time to even interview. He also proceeded to mention 3 times how some of the people he has interviewed are not likeable (whatever that means). I have seen some horrible people, but this was power tripping in a way which was extremely unpleasant. This was the worst interview I have had, which is saying something as the HR also sent me the benefits package and made me think there is an offer and then told me that they will consider me at a later time (?) rather than just telling me that I'm rejected. They have no respect for candidate's time and energy.
