Very poor and unprofessional. Get an email the night before the interview after several weeks preparation, stating they have found someone. I telephone them the next day finding out it’s because the person’s salary offer was less, although mine was still well within the advertised bracket. Very unprofessional and this needs to be known.

The interview was concise, well structured and clear, the interviewer was on time, gave an excellent overview of the role and how working at Natilik would be like as well as the salary.
