An aquarist reached out to me via email after applying, and then there was one phone call interview conducted. Mainly asked about experience working with animals and thoughts on conservation and holding animals in captivity.

Multi step with multiple interviews. They mostly want to see if you have had experience in water working with animals before. This is a competitive position so I explained every detail of how much I work with a team in difficult situations.

Entrevista
I was applying from across the country, so all interviews were over the phone. An offer was extended without an in person interview. This led to some unrealistic expectations on both sides.
