Had an interview with their HR representative. The rep was transparent about the role, but I felt that she was in fact trying to steer me away from this role. While I appreciate the transparency, I would not be going through this process if I was not seriously considering this position. After following up after about two weeks with the HR rep, there was no response to my email, and I was just ghosted. This shows a lack of respect for my time involved in preparation for interviewing and is a poor reflection of the org as this is the only touchpoint I've had with Audubon.
