Extensive. Conducted by Human Resources out of Rock Island, Illinois and two face-to-face interviews in front of a panel onsite at the military base. After the phone and face-to-face interviews, I had to meet with HR onsite at WRNMMC and go through a short orientation process, completed the typical hiring documents and was then released to my department.
