I applied online through the company website. I was called in for an interview and met with two male managers, The managers were very easy going and friendly. We discussed what my salary requirements were and finished up that part of the interview, once that was done they sat me next to an employee to listen to calls with them. After about 10 minutes of listening to calls I was escorted into the directors office to discuss my salary. He talked me down a little bit, which I expected.
