Extensive review with several levels of the organization. Most question revolved around working with employees, motivating and mentoring new hires and even long term employees. Safety seemed to be high on the list of wants.

Experience, engagement and how I treat employees. Focused on safety and employee engagement. They've had turnover in this DC so they're looking for people that are in it for the long haul. I can understand the employee engagement part. Tough location to attract a good workforce.
