I went through three rounds with the organization. The first was a skills based assessment, the second was an interview with the immediate supervisor and the third was a panel with three people the person hired would closely work with. Everything was pleasant in all stages except the last round. I could tell from their body language they didn't care for what I had to say. I expected to receive a rejection email at this point. When I finally did, I asked for any feedback the interviewers had from me. At this point I got no response. Even an email saying they did not have the time to provide it would have been respectful. This would literally take no more than 30 seconds. After all the hours spent on all the rounds for the position that was the least they could do. Instead I was met with silence.
