Don't expect to hear anything back. It’s incredibly disappointing when companies treat candidates this way, especially when people invest time and effort into preparing for interviews. This reflects poorly on their values and how they treat people.

The interviewer did not show up to the interview after I waited for about an hour. I emailed twice, and even offered to reschedule if necessary, and never heard back.
