Interview was quite conversational. Basically you need to focus on bearing and it's applications. Type of loading and operating conditions. It's impact on bearing performance. Following was the process of interview
1. HR round for shortlisting the candidate
2. 1st Technical round
3. 2nd technical round
4. Final HR Round if selected
5. Compensation and benifit discussion
6. Offer letter
Candidate need to be fully technical and he should have customer query handling experience.
Overall experience was very good. Panel was also very good, experienced and knowledgeable.
