Questions that did not pertain to my position, including relationships outside of the job, dating preferences, and many more odd and inappropriate questions. Other than that, the interview was simple, just avoid any questions that are degrading or not relevant to your career.

I was contacted by someone in HR for a 30 minute Zoom interview. It was your typical HR screener where they ask about your salary range, why you are interested in the position and give you minimal information about the position. I've spoken to several HR folks and thought she did a real good job of not asking so many personality questions like tell me about a difficult time at work.... After passing that, I went on to interview with the hiring managers and team. I thought the interview went well. It was very conversational style as I was allowed to asks questions and not have to wait until the end to do so. The team asked me questions and I of them as well. At the end, one of the hiring mangers told me I would here from them either way because it's always a pain to not hear from someone. Well, a week goes past and nothing. I reach out to one of the hiring mangers and again, nothing. I reach out to the HR person and she informs me they moved on. A day later, I get the official email stating the same. I had basically been ghosted even thought they made a big stink about not doing that.
