I had a phone interview that felt like a full blown interview. I was asked to go through my entire resume and answer several behavioral and situational questions. The interview went over time by 20 minutes. She said she'd get back to me by the following week at the latest and more than two weeks later - nothing. I took almost an hour out of my day to talk to her when we had only been scheduled for 30 minutes. Recruiters seriously need to stop ghosting candidates - it is incredibly unprofessional and rude.
