Two phone screens, one with National General, one with Quotit, who they acquired, both behavioral. Panel Interview, technical questions. How do you declare a variable in SQL?

I was screened by an HR rep and given a coding assessment. She wrote back and told me I passed the assessment and they'd like to schedule another interview. I wrote her back with my availability and there was no response. I followed up a couple of weeks later inquiring again and she ghosted me. This is literally the only company I've applied to that has told me I passed an interview and then ignored me.
